Join Megan for 90 minutes of restorative bliss. Restorative yoga is a deeply healing practice that is accessible to all. In this class, the body is fully supported by props and gentle poses are held for extended periods of time. While the body sinks into relaxation, the mind slowly begins to unwind as well. In a time where many of us are chronically overstressed and overstimulated, restorative yoga helps to support a healthy nervous system and leverage the body's innate ability to heal itself. Guided meditation, aromatherapy and reiki will also be incorporated for a complete body and mind reboot.
